Over the River, and Through the Woods in April 2010

She is my pride and joy

In the orange sweater, Avannie is 16 months old. She is practically grown up! Some of her favorite things are dancing, turbo jamming with mom, helping make cookies, sleeping with Lamb, drinking chocolate milk, eating green beens, playing in the rain, and playing with other kids. She is such a social creature!

Updating Our New House!

Avannie is learning how to be a plumber.

Out with the old counter top and in with the new! Wahoo! But I would have to wait an extra week and a half because as the installers were installing the first counter top, it snapped in two! Oh, what a sad day! But we were able to get a new one and I love it!

There just isn't enough space in the kitchen to be cooking dinner, adjusting molding and having Avannie supervise.

Avannie loves toolboxes. They just fit so perfectly in her little hand.

I think the sprinkling system is getting be best of Joseph.

Our Little Dancing Queen

Every time Avannie hears music - slow or fast - she starts dancing.

Day to Day Fun

Avannie's First Birthday

We joined the Johnson family for a big birthday bash for Avannie and Tyke. They are only 33 hours apart. It was lots of fun for all - especially when the cake came!

Applefest Relay in Hollis, NH

Joseph and I ran the relay for this year's Applefest. It was loads of fun ... for me that is. I had the last half which is notorious for the uphills. It wasn't so bad because I had trained for them while pushing Avannie in a stroller. Thanks Avy! Even though Joseph had the downhill half, I am still trying to talk him into running it next year with me. It might take a bit more convincing.
