Children of Eden

Music can lift your spirits so fast!  I am listening to the soundtrack to Children of Eden and just love it.  (It's written by the same guy who wrote Wicked - so its excellent.)  I can't wait to go see it in April!

Brand new day, and its great.  I am starting to feel much better!  Still not wanting to take down my Christmas decorations or sweep my floor, but I am feeling just like the weather - full of sunshine.

Here's an update about Avannie, written by my sister:
Last night I we were playing with her new little toy mat of animals, matching the animal figureines to the letter and picture, and she was doing it!  I would hold up the tiger and say "tiger" and she would look at all the little pictures, find the 'T' with the tiger imagine and put the figure on the letter.  It was so fun.  And as I was doing the dishes, she pulled out the broom and handed it to me like I was supposed to sweep after I do the dishes.  It was so funny.

She is also is becoming so intrigued with how things work.  It is so fun to watch her.  She just broke a crayon and is now trying to fit it back together.

Joseph has started, what he has been told, the hardest class of his MBA - Global Economics.  I am proud of him for doing this.  He has a lot going on right now and he is doing great balancing everything - especially trying to keep a pregnant wife in good spirits.
