New England Aquarium

We got to go to the New England Aquarium, thanks to Grandma Jo's Christmas present.  We had a great time!  The highlights of the trip were different for everyone.  Joseph loved the sea turtles.  Kemper liked watching Sadie try to do the sign language for FISH (which was a whole body arm wiggle) every time she saw a fish - which was everywhere.  Avannie loved the little penguins with their "bracelets".  And Sadie seemed to enjoy it all until the final floor at which point she had had enough.  Who cares that there is an awesome octopus in the window.  She was ready for bed.  :)  

 Walking past the gift shop, Sadie refused to go on.  She wanted in there NOW.

 

The seals were pretty funny, but this little one was attracting more attention from people there.

The penguins are labeled by their bracelets.  The ones with it on the right wing are girls because women are always right.  ????  that is how the workers explained it to Avannie at least.  :)
