Despite being super tired in the morning, not wanting to go to the gym, having my basement destroyed by 3 little neighbor friends, creating a science lab of my kitchen while making jam, - the day had some really great moments:
- Avannie fell asleep on my lap. How I love sleeping children - especially when they are in my arms.
- While making my homegrown blackberries into jam, I turned to see this:

- And to end the day, we put the girls to bed, did a quick yard mowing and trimming before the rain came. And then we came in to play Nintendo Tetris. Oh yes!!! This is a first for me. I've never been able to put my name into the top three on any video game. Sweet! (We did play Double Dragon 2 and I died within minutes). Joseph couldn't even come close to my scores on three attempts. And the screen told me, "You are a Tetris Master!"
