Last Friday night, Joseph and I decide to go walking around town. Everywhere we go there are people selling things on the streets. My favorite street shops are the pipoca (carmel popcorn) and the beef on a stick thing. So anyway, we are walking along and see lots of places to buy sunglasses. I would like some just so I can blend into the crowd a bit more. We are looking and Joseph finds these "Oakleys" for R$ 30.00 (about $24 US). He haggles the guy down to R$17! He guy even called him a cry-baby in portuguese! So Joseph, not having any intension of buying sunglasses bought these because he won. What do you think of them? Was it worth being called a crybaby or even $17?
