Ward Choir

I can't speak the language so in order to help me with the pronunciations, I have joined the ward choir. Yep, I don't sing in the Utah ward, but after this, you better believe i will be there after this! I am one of 3 sopranos (just because i sing melody and that's normally their job) in a choir of 7 women, no men. Pretty small but they don't hesitate to let their voices ring out with vigor and vim. You can't even hear me because they are so loud (lucky for the congregation). Hey, who can blame them? They have a truth that hardly anyone has in Rio. It is so awesome. I love it! We are singing a beautiful arrangement of High on a Mountain Top, along with several other hymns. And the neat thing, it really is helping with the language. Too bad it is not every day.
